Brief Biography: Dr. Ali Nazembokaee is an Assistant Professor of Critical Care Medicine in the Department of Anesthesiology and Critical Care at Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences and a faculty member of Masih Daneshvari Hospital, one of Iran’s leading tertiary referral centers for respiratory and thoracic diseases. As a fellowship-trained intensivist, his clinical practice encompasses the Surgical Intensive Care Unit (SICU), Thoracic Surgical Intensive Care Unit (TSICU), Medical ICU, Cardiac ICU, and Heart and Lung Transplant ICU. His professional expertise includes advanced mechanical ventilation, extracorporeal organ support, ECMO, critical care ultrasonography, perioperative critical care, and hemovigilance. In addition to his clinical responsibilities, Dr. Nazembokaee is actively involved in resident and fellowship education, multidisciplinary research, and professional development programs aimed at advancing evidence-based critical care practice and improving outcomes in critically ill patients.

He is also actively involved in hemovigilance education, fellowship training, and multidisciplinary research initiatives in intensive care medicine.
