Brief Biography: Dr. Farnaz Shahabi Shojaei is an Assistant Professor of Pediatric Anesthesiology in the Department of Anesthesiology at Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences and Mofid Children’s Hospital, Tehran, Iran. Her clinical and academic activities focus on the perioperative care of neonates, infants, and children undergoing a wide range of surgical procedures. She has a particular interest in pediatric regional anesthesia, neonatal anesthesia, and improving perioperative outcomes in vulnerable pediatric populations. Alongside her clinical practice, Dr. Shahabi is actively involved in research and educational activities aimed at advancing evidence-based pediatric anesthesia. Her work focuses on enhancing patient safety, optimizing anesthesia techniques, and developing clinical registries to improve the quality of pediatric perioperative care.
