Brief Biography: Dr. Mahshid Ghasemi is an Associate Professor of Anesthesiology at Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences and a fellowship-trained Pain Medicine specialist at Akhtar Hospital, Tehran, Iran. She earned her Doctor of Medicine degree, completed her residency training in Anesthesiology, and subsequently pursued fellowship training in Pain Medicine at Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences. Her clinical and academic work focuses on chronic pain management, regional anesthesia, and interventional pain procedures. Dr. Ghasemi is particularly interested in improving the management of musculoskeletal and neuropathic pain through evidence-based pain interventions and multimodal analgesic strategies. Through her clinical practice and academic activities, she contributes to the advancement of pain medicine and the development of effective, patient-centered approaches to chronic pain treatment.
