Brief Biography: Dr. Masood Zangi is an Assistant Professor of Critical Care Medicine at Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences and a faculty member at Loghman Hakim Hospital. He earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from Shahid Sadoughi University of Medical Sciences, completed his residency in Anesthesiology at Shiraz University of Medical Sciences, and subsequently pursued fellowship training in Critical Care Medicine at Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences. His clinical expertise encompasses neurocritical care, critical care nephrology, sepsis management, perioperative critical care, and the management of critically ill patients with complex multisystem disorders. Dr. Zangi has authored numerous peer-reviewed publications, including clinical trials, systematic reviews, and meta-analyses. In addition to his academic and clinical responsibilities, he holds educational leadership roles within the intensive care unit and actively contributes to hospital committees focused on patient safety, infection prevention, transfusion medicine, and quality improvement.
