Brief Biography: Dr. Mastaneh Dahi Taleghani is an Associate Professor of Anesthesiology and Critical Care at Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences and currently serves as Chief of Anesthesiology at Ayatollah Taleghani Hospital. Since joining the faculty, she has played a major role in academic leadership, resident education, curriculum development, and quality improvement initiatives within the Department of Anesthesiology. Her clinical expertise encompasses perioperative medicine, regional anesthesia, obstetric anesthesia, airway management, and patient safety. Dr. Dahi has served on numerous educational and academic committees, including the Teaching Methods Committee, Examination Committee, Academic Committee, and Morbidity & Mortality Committee. Through her clinical, educational, and research activities, she is dedicated to advancing evidence-based anesthesiology practice, improving perioperative outcomes, and enhancing the quality of medical education.
