Brief Biography: Dr. Mohammadreza Hajiesmaeili is an Associate Professor of Anesthesiology and Critical Care Medicine at Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences and Head of the Intensive Care Unit at Loghman Hakim Hospital. He completed his residency in Anesthesiology at Shahid Sadoughi University of Medical Sciences, Yazd, followed by fellowship training in Critical Care Medicine at Tehran University of Medical Sciences. His clinical, academic, and research activities focus on the comprehensive management of critically ill patients, with particular expertise in neurocritical care, extracorporeal organ support, and multidisciplinary intensive care. As an educator and clinician, Dr. Hajiesmaeili is actively involved in advancing evidence-based critical care practice, improving ICU quality, and developing innovative models of patient-centered care. His work integrates clinical excellence, education, healthcare innovation, and quality improvement to enhance both short- and long-term outcomes for critically ill patients.
