Brief Biography: Dr. Navid Nooraei is an Associate Professor of Anesthesiology and Critical Care Medicine at Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences and a faculty member at Shahid Modarres Hospital. He completed his residency training in Anesthesiology and Intensive Care in 2005 and subsequently pursued fellowship training in Critical Care Medicine. Dr. Nooraei ranked first nationally in both the Iranian Board Examination in Anesthesiology and the Critical Care Medicine Fellowship Entrance Examination. With nearly two decades of clinical, educational, and research experience, his expertise encompasses perioperative medicine, critical care, airway management, regional anesthesia, pain management, and the care of high-risk surgical patients. He is actively involved in resident education, academic mentoring, and clinical research, with numerous publications in leading national and international journals focusing on critical care outcomes, perioperative management, and anesthesia practice.
